Web2Fax - Online Profile & Address Book
The Web2Fax system has an integrated address book. The online address book makes it possible for users to access the Web2Fax service from any Pc or Mac in the word. Users can send faxes without sitting with the hassle of finding or remembering numbers for fax contacts. Users also have the option to capture one number at a time or bulk upload different groups of contact.
The Web2Fax system also comes with “Profile” section that keeps all the general details and Web2Fax fax settings. In the profile settings - personal, contact and end destination detail can be updated. Web2Fax - Profile Changes & Address Book Management
Web2Fax profile updates & email changes
To get to the profile section – log into the Web2Fax admin porthole and navigate to the “Profile” link in the top navigation bar. Once opened users has the ability to change general detail and Web2Fax settings. In the General Detail section users can update their Name, Contact number, Fax numbers, email address and system password.
To update general detail, simply make the changes on the system and click on “Change Detail”. Users also have control over how many times a fax must be resent and can specify at what time the system must warn them if balances are running low.
Adding a Contact & Bulk Uploads
Users have the option to add single contacts or bulk upload contacts to the Web2Fax address book. To add a single contact navigate to the “Address Book” link in the top navigation. Click on Add Contact located at the top lright corner of the screen. Complete the required fields and click on "ADD". To bulk upload contacts, click on “Bulk Upload Contacts”. Follow the onscreen guidelines to complete the upload.
